Air-Lock’s Quality System is based upon NASA’s NHB 5300.4 (ID-2), DOD’s MIL-Q-9858 and numerous other quality system requirements for specific customers, including Boeing, Lockheed, McDonnell, General Dynamics, Hamilton Sundstrand, and United Space Alliance.
Our highly skilled Quality Assurance Department personnel are experience in working with closely toleranced, complex hardware manufactured by Air-Lock, including components manufactured from traditional and exotic metals, composites, plastics, and elastomers, as well as optical transparencies and optical coatings.
Our product applications and the hostile environments they are designed to operate in demand the highest possible quality and reliability. Accordingly, at Air-Lock quality and reliability have a seat at the table from original design through manufacture to customer/field service for the life of our products.
